All issues regarding return and exchange must be informed to us within 24-48 hours of delivery, via E-mail (customersupport@tantu.co.in)
Size Exchange:
As a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold. If the customer finds with any sort of size issue then, customer needs to mail us their request at customersupport@tantu.co.in within 24-48 hours of the delivery. '
- Sizes above XL are not eligible for exchanges and returns.
- There are some items that are Made to order which are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for such product is clearly mentioned on the product page.
Once the Tantu pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). Customer will be issued a credit note, in case the desired size of the product is not in stock.
If you have received the damaged product or a wrong product, please send it back to us with your order number. After sending the product back to us, & delivered to us we shall send you a fresh piece. ( Note : An unboxing video of the package is mandatory )
Once acknowledged by the Tantu team during next working day, please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have a reverse pickup facility for now. Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Tantu will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
Exchange can be done within 7 days for the date of delivery
Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.
Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order.
The cost of shipping and packaging during exchange has to be borne by customer. A link for payment will be sent to you on your email id.
Refund: There are no refunds but there are TantuCredits in form of "Gift Card", which can be used within 30 days of purchase. TantuCredits(Gift Card) will be sent to you via E-Mail which will consist of a unique code which can be redeemed in the payment section and is eligible on exchanged products only.
(Note : - Tantu credit equaling the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro with a validity of 30 days from the date of receipt of store credit.)
Damaged/Wrong Delivery: If it's a damaged/defective product, incorrect item sent, we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility, we’re always accepting of our mistakes and try to make up for them. However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check and we record the process for your reference as well, so the chances of your products being damaged are pretty low. Still, if there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you.
If an item bought during sale turns out to be defective then the item will be exchanged after the sale ends but meanwhile the customer needs to send the product back to us within 7 days.
Reverse Pickup: Reverse pick up is currently unavailable
Standard checks of returned items: In the course of product returned/exchange, all products are checked by our team. Exchange is void if the sticker price is broken or altered, item harmed on the way because of inappropriate handling by the client, or lacking of any accessories that were sold with the product. It must have the original receipt and all other stuff sent with the bundle. The item must be in legitimate and unused condition. It is all dependent on the investigation by the Tantu Team.
When is Exchange/Refund not accepted?

Exchange not accepted due to color difference. 10-12 % Colour difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.

Custom orders and Plus Sizes orders (2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL) are not liable for an exchange/refund.

Exchanges are not accepted if the customer does not like the material or colour of the product. As we use the best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you please read all the details before placing the order.

Validity of Credit voucher issued for exchange will be of 30 days.

- We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Tantu's as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate
Can I cancel my order ?
Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
You can cancel your Cash on Delivery order within 24 hours of order. Please whatsapp us on 09313834547 or write to us at customersupport@tantu.co.in to request a cancellation.
How will I receive the credit for my money when desired size of the exchange product is not available?
The credit note will be emailed to you, which you can use in next 30 days on the Tantu website. Please make sure that you use the credit in one go.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you should email us at customersupport@tantu.co.in along with a video of the damaged product. The mail should be sent within 24 hours of delivery of damaged items in your shipment.
All Custom Duties levied on the products will be borne by the customer.
